My dad was sent out to buy a large can, perhaps 24 oz, of Pork and Beans. He came back with this 7 pound 2 oz can for a family dinner of 5 adults and 3 children.

So freakin' tired!

After 3 attempts and many screams the epidural was FINALLY put in the right place!!
She was already dilated to a 7 before we got a new anesthesiologist who relieved her pain.

At 5 am, with pain relieved, everyone got an hour to chill out.


Do people really understand the importance of perfectly manicured toes before delivery?

Easter Eggs ... and three young boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dying eggs with three boys five and under is not a good idea. Though the event went primarily without incident, watching Nathan mesmerized by the fizzing dye capsule, I had a flashback to my youth when Heather Wilson Miller used to drink the vinegary dyed water!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!




Then there is Jacob who is thinking, "Dude, I want your color!"







Aiden's creative side doesn't come naturally and he needs deep concentration for that egg dropping.







Ella Rose is usually quite put out when she can not participate in activities with the boys. Luckily, when we did the eggs, she found a friend who was also excluded.
