"Mommy, I'm totally ready to go". I'm not sure where the "Mommy" has come from but it kind of makes my skin crawl, especially at 6:30 am.

Couldn't drag the kids away from the Nascar races. Seriously, no shade anywhere and they just hung out for over an hour.

I have deprived children. I put a box of Twinkie's in Aiden's hand and told him he could have one. He said, what are they?
You bring the kids all this way, pay all this money to get in & they want to hang out in the "no charge" zone. They just wanted to look at big snakes, bowl, play in the sand pit & play the xylophones.
K - so eventually they want to do more stuff. I bought 100 tickets and Aiden looked at me shocked and said "100 TICKETS!!!!! Dad, dad, Mom just got 100 tickets!!!!" Turns out, it is really hard to get through 100 tickets.
We ended up coming home with a stuff red crayon, an ENORMOUS stuffed Elmo, a goldfish (of course) and a stuffed duck looking thing.
Always bring enough money for one for each child. This bubble machine was broken in an hour due to both children grabbing it, running from the other and falling on it.
She thought this was the coolest! She was actually laughing the whole time.
